Carrick is a stunning horse with correct confirmation & beautiful paces, he is very balanced and athletic with scope to burn.
An absolute gentleman on the hunting field jumping the biggest of hedges with ease and taking rails and ditches in his stride.
He has done hunt rides and would make a fabulous team chase horse leading or following who is bold but polite to his fences.
He started eventing last season and qualified for the amateur championships with a double clear on his first outing.
This is a heart breaking sale as this horse has given me so much fun in the 3 years, I have owned him but an increase in international travel with my job means I just do not have the time for him.
He is ROR eligible and has super confirmation so could also turn his hooves to showing - after a successful career over chase and hurdles he came to me 3 years ago - during his racing career he had a wind operation and so he will need to be correctly managed but this in no way impacts his performance.
The right home is so much more important than a high price for this wonderful boy
