The Executive
Coloured non native 157.50 (15.2) JMB 14yo gelding. Lovely straight moving, with 3 lovely paces. Overstamped with CHAPS and BSPA.
Super boy who is good to catch, handle, load, travel, farrier and bath. Stands to be brushed and plaited up. He loves people and enjoys a fuss. Happily lives in or out in individual paddocks or in a herd. Currently living out with access to stable as and when he wants.
He's been lightly but successfully shown and has competed in HOYS qualifiers. Along with CHAPS champs with a junior rider. He is well schooled and a Ferrari to sit on. He is a nice responsive but safe ride. He has been hacking, great in heavy traffic whether he's on his own or in company. He has been to beach rides and forestry rides. He has also hunted and proved very genuine and enjoyable out on the field. Happily crossing streams, open areas and hunt jumps. Stood patiently when asked, easy to mount off and snaffle mouthed. He hasn't done a huge amount of show jumping as it's just not been what he was used for but no reason he couldn't excel at this.
I had the pleasure of owning him for a good while but sadly I couldn't do them all so had to cut down with the youngsters needing the work.
Harvey has been in the best of homes and wanted for nothing, enjoying going out and about hacking. Sadly he's only available due to owner lacking time and feels he deserves more!
He has the potential as a great mother daughter share along with being an all rounder. Wouldn't suit a total novice as he knows his job. He's always a pleasure to have around.
He does windsuck but this is mainly at feed time and owner has found living out has minimalists this. Absolutely doesn't affect his job.
Comes with bridle, saddle and rugs.
